ALine specializes in redesigning the public areas of condominiums & cooperatives. Our design team has successfully redesigned numerous common areas and as such has perfected the interior design process and project management of these projects. Some of our condo and coop capabilities include hallways/corridors, lobbies, amenity spaces, fitness centers, community rooms, elevator cabs, mail rooms, concierge stations, package closets, & conversion projects. When we work with a condo or co-op on a redesign, we take into consideration budget, building history & architecture, style, target demographics, space allocation, functionality, and aesthetics. In doing so, we are able to produce a space that is appealing, durable, beautiful, & timeless.
