Auto Vault Ft Lauderdale is a luxury , 4.5 Acre gated car warehouse development located at 2021 W State Rd 84. The first phase ( existing occupied warehouse) is 24,000 SF . There is probably $100 million of cars in the existing warehouses . We are under construction with the final phase which is 52,000 SF . Delivery is in December. We are still at a pre construction price of $450SF until September 2023 . Then it will be $500 SF .Sizes range from 1000 SF to 11,800 SF .
