Black Swan Consulting, Inc is a woman-owned consulting firm that provides advisory services, technical assistance, training and support primarily to small, minority, woman-owned and veteran-owned businesses in the areas of business development, financial planning & analysis, government contracting assistance, meeting planning and training. Our training and support programs are curated to address the needs of the business network that we serve, and to grow businesses from early stages to more seasoned companies. We offer one on one consultations as well as group sessions.
