Dynamic Career Advancement Academy (DCA Academy) offers a range of services designed to meet the workforce needs of its clients, including direct training and development, and career services. Our services include job placement assistance for a range of healthcare positions, such as entry-level nursing roles (HHA, CNA, Companions), Registered Nursing positions, and Behavioral Health Technician training. We also provide CPR/BLS certification, continuing education units for healthcare workers, and Medication Technician Certification (Med Tech). Additionally, we offer various career services and can assist with crafting resumes, cover letters, and letters of recommendation.
