Edward C. Lohrer devotes his practice almost exclusively to construction law and litigation. Mr. Lohrer has significant experience representing owners, developers, associations, contractors, design professionals, and governmental entities in a variety of construction-related litigation. Among others, Mr. Lohrer handles construction-related issues involving contractual disputes, delay, defect, design and warranty claims, payment and performance bond claims and Florida’s construction lien law throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Lohrer is Board Certified in construction law by the Florida Bar and has been awarded an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbel.
