Herman and Dorothy Shooster Nature Preserve

This nature preserve is an important part of Broward's environmental and cultural heritage. The county transformed this 19.8-acre site into the urban oasis it is today, which is home to several species of fauna including the vulnerable Florida box turtle. Features include nature trails, picnic areas, and seating areas.
