KGN Property Group LLC is a privately held, family-owned real estate company. We specialize in small multifamily properties (2 - 50 units) throughout South Florida. KGN offers the same menu of real estate services as most companies, except we are able to do it from the eyes and vantage point of an experienced investor. KGN's founders started out in 2007 as self-managed real estate investors. After accumulating a portfolio of income properties, establishing a team of industry professionals and developing a system of best practices to purchase, renovate, manage, maintain and sell their own properties, they decided to start offering their expertise to other investors.
