Preschel Bassan Studio is a young innovative Miami based Architecture firm, focused on residential and commercial projects lead by Denise Preschel and Sheryl Bassan. "For us, each project is unique and should respond in an innovative way to the clients specific programmatic requirements and with sensitivity to site components. Functionality with an aesthetic expression is the key driving force to our design philosophy. With the use of natural light, selection of warm materials, and indoor-outdoor integration, we intend to design livable and unique spaces in all of our projects".
