For the past 15 years I have had the great fortune of living and working as a model throughout the world. People ask me, “How is it that a model ends up becoming a chocolatier”? Well, the truth is, I just love chocolate. Because I still actively model, I have to take very good care of my body, which makes it hard to satisfy my chocolate cravings. All the chocolate out there was either too unhealthy or not tasty enough. So I decided to make my own.
