The Clifford Heart Foundation
Our focus is fighting homelessness with love, kindness, understanding and action. Clifford Heart Foundation was started as a tribute to my late grandfather, Frank Clifford, a man after God's Heart. He was passionate about fighting injustices, helping those in need, and leading heart first. Since I too share his heart, I have enlisted the help of others to impact the world in positive ways, just as much as he did.
