We are a result driven studio that welcomes all fitness levels, our classes are designed to maintain the perfect balance of consistency and confusion for your muscles. We host only 12 spots per class which allows our hand picked and elite coaches to closely monitor your efforts. MUSIC & VIBE are everything! Our high ceiling workout room features colorful mood lighting that will change depending on your class, as well as a crystal clear sound system that will rival any night club. The Office is not only visually unique, it is a one stop shop fitness studio where you can get all different styles of workouts under one roof such as barre, spin, ass class, heavy strength training, total body sculpt, etc. GET TO WORK
