Virtual Summer Academy

Our goal is to prepare the students for next school year so students don’t experience the summer slide. Math and ELA Students will be expected to watch recorded teacher lessons at the beginning of the week to get a preview of what they will be learning for the week. Each week, your child’s math and ELA teacher will work on teaching your child to an important standard they will need to know next school year.They will have practice assignments to complete in Google Classroom, and live practice sessions Mon-Fri. At the end of the week your child’s teacher will review the independent practice your child worked on, to make sure they master the concept. LIVE hours are optional, but should be attended as much as possible to get the most.
